Contained within these pages is a lot of information that is very important.
It needs to be known which is why I have spent so much time putting it together.
This knowledge is so slow in reaching the mainstream media as it is so empowering! Once we understand how our body works there will not be anyone who can control and limit us. Please take your time to enjoy as much as you can and apply this knowledge as you see fit.
Because I do not want to put you off with too much information at once I have kept all of the sections relatively concise. I have also added videos by field leaders for further explanations.
